Therefore, we have created <strong>Batch processing tool<\/strong>, which is an advanced version of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/2016\/06\/geocoding-millions-of-dynamics-crm-records-using-maplytics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Batch geocoding tool<\/a><\/strong> we earlier had. This tool ensures geocoding of multiple entity records within single batch. Users can geocode Dynamics 365 CRM records for all entities; OOB and custom. This tool comes along with Maplytics solution within the zip folder. You can easily <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/maplytics-download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">download<\/a> the zip folder for Maplytics solution for your Dynamics 365 CRM and extract the zip file to get the Batch processing tool.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Let\u2019s understand how to use Batch processing tool for geocoding multiple views of multiple entities step by step. Deployment model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>User can select any of these options: On-Premises, IFD or Online depending on their deployment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRM Server<\/strong>: Enter serverurl of CRM. For example, <strong><em>http:\/\/&lt;servername&gt;:&lt;port&gt;<\/em><\/strong> or <strong><em>https:\/\/&lt;orgname&gt;.crm.dynamics.com<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If deployment model is <strong><em>\u2018OnPremise\u2019<\/em><\/strong> then user has to specify organization name. For other deployment models, leave this blank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When user enters the server URL \u00a0in case of On-Premise deployment model, the organization list will be auto-populated with the organizations available in CRM. Select the organization for which Maplytics already has been installed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Username<\/strong>: Username of a valid CRM user. Select required view. Please do not close the Batch Processing Tool in the middle of this process.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15550\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/6Geocode-Bulk-Dynamics-365-CRM-or-PowerApps-records.png\" alt=\"Geocode Bulk Dynamics 365 CRM or PowerApps records\" width=\"919\" height=\"499\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Record Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>User can view the summary of geocoding process which was run on the records.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geocoding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bing Status:<\/strong> This shows number of records for which geocoding from Bing maps was successful or failed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRM Status<em>:<\/em><\/strong> This shows number of records for which updation of geocoordinates (Latitude &amp; Longitude) to the respective CRM records were successful or failed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After completion of geocoding process, user can download the results. Results will be downloaded in CSV format.
