With this, managers will be able to create territories automatically based on the count of the records in the required region. Once the managers create the territories using territory management within Maplytics, the field sales team can plot the territories to visualize the area they are responsible for along with the respective records of the clients they need to handle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The field team can simply use the Detail map to use the option of \u2018By territory\u2019 to plot their territories. They can select the territories and the respective entity &amp; View as Datasource and click on search. This makes it really easy to view the actual region they are responsible for and all of the clients they have been assigned to handle. They can further create an <a href=\"https:\/\/maplytics.com\/blog\/automate-route-planning-sales-service-field-reps-using-auto-scheduling-within-dynamics-365-crm-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">optimized route<\/a> for the required clients by right clicking on the pushpins and to use the options of adding the record as a waypoint, origin or destination to a route, so as to follow while being on the field.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17532&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_border&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They can further use the \u2018Open navigation links\u2019 button in order to navigate them with <a href=\"https:\/\/maplytics.com\/blog\/get-turn-by-turn-navigation-within-dynamics-365-crm-using-google-maps-waze-app-while-on-field\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">turn-by-turn directions<\/a> and meet the customers.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17533&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_border&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, they can <a href=\"https:\/\/maplytics.com\/blog\/lets-explore-maplytics-mass-actions-feature-within-your-dynamics-365-crm-one-button-multiple-functions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">create activities<\/a> if they need like Appointments, Tasks or Phone Call right through the map for all the records using \u2018Create Activities\u2019 from the Mass Actions.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17529&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_border&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the field team starts working on their territories, their sales manager can plot all of the sales territories and see the <a href=\"https:\/\/maplytics.com\/blog\/summary-card-get-aggregated-information-for-any-enclosed-area-on-the-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">summary card<\/a> to see information on the territories. The summary card will show various information such as Territory Name, Territory Manager, and Sum &amp; Average of Sales, Annual Revenue or any other numerical field values based on what is configured. Hence, the managers can analyse the sales for the individual territories and understand the situation of the sales team. Using this information, they can take further decisions on improving the procedures to increase sales.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17531&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_border&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is an overview of how the search option \u2018By Territory\u2019 within the Plot Records card helps the field sales people to visualize the existing territories on the map along with the records assigned with those territories. They can also <a href=\"https:\/\/maplytics.com\/blog\/create-appointment-send-email-many-other-quick-actions-on-leads-or-accounts-at-your-fingertips-within-dynamics-365-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">perform necessary actions<\/a> on the records within to carry out their daily sales routing and hence meet their sales targets.
