With an emphasis on making the data visualization process as simple as possible for CRM users, Maplytics has come up with a new feature- \u201cView image on hover\u201d in its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/real-time-tracking-multi-address-plotting-multi-search-in-pcf-to-improve-on-field-productivity-with-our-january-2022-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">January 2022 release.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This new feature will help Dynamics 365 users to easily recognize an account while navigating on the map. Users are required to add a photo of a person or logo of a company in CRM records to use this feature. In this blog, we will discuss the steps to be followed by a user to view the image of a record on hover and in tooltip card. Here, I have taken an example of a contact entity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At first, navigate to<strong> Maplytics App &gt; Settings <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Entity Maps <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Entity map of required Entity <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Attribute Mappings <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Entity Image <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Select<\/strong> \u2018<strong>Entity Image\u2019 <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18938&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Then in the next step, the user is required to add the desired image of that entity in the following way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Select the contact whose image is to be updated <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Click on the name icon <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Click on Upload Image<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Upload a file from your computer<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18937&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The image is uploaded now as shown in the screenshot below. Thereafter, click on <strong>Change<\/strong> option to add the image. This will save the image for that contact. Here, a user can upload an image of any pixel. Also, it should be noted that only jpg and png files are supported.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18936&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_outline&#8221; border_color=&#8221;black&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thereafter, the user can go to Detail Map and select the Contacts as the entity and the respective view.
