This calls for a quick action to replace the cancelled appointments with customers or leads nearby in the field. Maplytics&#x2122; helps you achieve this quite easily using its capability to edit the scheduled route for the day! It also allows adding new Dynamics 365\/CRM records (Leads, Accounts or other entities) to the existing route scheduled for the day within few clicks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Let us see how you can get it done smartly on your Maps in Dynamics 365\/CRM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consider a scenario where we have an existing saved route with &#8220;<strong>Testroute<\/strong>&#8221; name as shown below: (Refer to this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/features\/save-share-optimized-route-within-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a> for a systematic guide on how to save and share route within Dynamics 365.)<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3097\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/save-and-share-route-1024x575.png\" alt=\"save and share route\" width=\"604\" height=\"339\" \/><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you click on the route &#8220;<strong>Testroute&#8221;<\/strong>, following screen will open:<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3098\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Testroute-2-1024x571.png\" alt=\"Testroute\" width=\"604\" height=\"337\" \/><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now let us say you are looking to add a lead to this route. First search for leads using \u2018Plot\u2019 function and leads will be shown as individual pushpins on the map.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">From these, if user wants to add any lead in the existing route, user can follow below mentioned steps:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 90px;\">1) Right click on the respective <strong>Pushpin<\/strong> to be added to route.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 90px;\">2) From the &#8220;<strong>Contextual Menu<\/strong>&#8221; pop-up, select &#8220;<strong>Add to Route<\/strong>&#8220;.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3095\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Add-to-Route-3-1024x570.png\" alt=\"Add to Route\" width=\"604\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 90px;\">3) It will simply add the address of current <strong>Pushpin <\/strong>in the route (<strong>C<\/strong> in given example). Click on \u2018Go\u2019 to plot updated route.
