Previously there were three <em>Mass Actions<\/em> available namely Save Data, Change Owner, and Export to Excel. With the new release, we have added <strong><em>SIX<\/em><\/strong> new Actions to allow users to get more done with the Dynamics CRM data plotted on the map.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mass Actions button enable users to perform actions like <em>Adding to Route<\/em> or <em>Executing a Workflow<\/em> on the selected records in the grid.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4408 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Mass-Actions.gif\" alt=\"Mass Actions Button \u2013 Do more with the Dynamics CRM data on the map\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The available Mass Actions are as follows;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Add To Route:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This option will add selected data points to the route. The user can add at max 25 data points to the route.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6050 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/1-2.png\" alt=\"Dynamics CRM Data on map\" width=\"372\" height=\"277\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the user clicks on this button, all the selected data points will be added to the route as shown in the screenshot below;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6051 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Dynamics-CRM-Data-on-Map2.png\" alt=\"Dynamics CRM Data on Map\" width=\"330\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Save Data:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The selected records can be saved as a Marketing List (Static) or a Personal View in Dynamics CRM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6052 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Dynamics-CRM-Data-on-Map3.png\" alt=\"Dynamics CRM Data on Map\" width=\"372\" height=\"277\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here the user has two options to save the data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>a.<\/strong> The user can either save the data to an existing marketing list or create a new marketing list within Dynamics CRM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6053 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Dynamics-CRM-Data-on-Map4.png\" alt=\"Dynamics CRM Data on Map\" width=\"325\" height=\"222\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>b.\u00a0<\/strong>The user can also save the data as a Personal View.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6036 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Dynamics-CRM-data-on-the-map5.png\" alt=\"Dynamics CRM data on the map\" width=\"323\" height=\"238\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3.
