After drilling down in the issue, we found the root cause for this issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The issue was caused due to the JQuery conflict that was called on load of the entity form by both the solutions. We resolved this issue in the latest Maplytics release by using JQuery noConflict in our solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To ensure that both the solution works when used together, we also provided the updated solution to ClickDimensions team for testing, and the issue was resolved with the update.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, if you are using the current version of Maplytics, you won\u2019t have any trouble while using Maplytics and ClickDimensions. Below are the latest versions of Maplytics for different versions of CRM;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Latest Maplytics version for Dynamics CRM 2016\/Dynamics 365 \u2013 v8.0.4.1<\/li>\n<li>Latest Maplytics version for Dynamics CRM 2015 \u2013 v7.0.10.1<\/li>\n<li>Latest Maplytics version for Dynamics CRM 2013 \u2013 v6.0.10.1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To check the Maplytics version, go to Setting &gt; Solution and check version for Maplytics solution as shown below:<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5217\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Maplytics-and-ClickDimensions.png\" alt=\"Fixed \u2013 Issues while using Maplytics and ClickDimensions in Dynamics CRM\" width=\"784\" height=\"469\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you are using the previous versions of Maplytics, please use the below links to download the latest Maplytics version for your respective CRM version;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inogic.com\/Assets\/Trial\/Maplytics_CRM2016.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dynamics CRM 2016 \/ Dynamics 365<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inogic.com\/Assets\/Trial\/Maplytics_CRM2015.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dynamics CRM 2015<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inogic.com\/Assets\/Trial\/Maplytics_CRM2013.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dynamics CRM 2013<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are not planning to upgrade to the latest version of Maplytics, we also have a workaround for this. Follow the below steps to resolve issues while using Maplytics and ClickDimensions;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1<\/strong>. Download and install <a href=\"https:\/\/www.develop1.net\/public\/rwb\/ribbonworkbench.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ribbon workbench<\/a> in your CRM instance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. Create one solution and add entities that are used by ClickDimensions. For Ex. Send Email<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Open Ribbon workbench and select the solution that you created.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4<\/strong>. Now, you just have to hide the \u2018Map\u2019 button on the Entity Form of the entities where you are facing this issue.
