However, creating optimized routes and getting turn-by-turn navigation while on the go is something that can only be achieved with a powerful geo-analytical and routing app like Maplytics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maplytics provides Field Sales and Service Reps the features needed to visualize Dynamics CRM records on the map, schedule appointments right from the map screen, manage appointments with a geographical context and create and share optimized routes to visit those appointments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maplytics.com\/release-notes\/redefining-field-productivity-within-dynamics-365-maplytics-march-2018-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent release of Maplytics<\/a>, we added an option to access those Navigation Links to visit those waypoints and get turn-by-turn navigation on the Google Maps app on their mobile or tablet devices.<\/p>\n<h2>Navigation Links for routes in Dynamics CRM for turn-by-turn navigation in Google Maps App<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We already know the benefits of appointment planning with geographical context with Maplytics Appointment Planner. However, creating an optimized route and getting the navigation links that provided turn-by-turn navigation on the Google Maps app was a feature that was limited to the Send Route Email option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The users had no other way to get the navigation links in Dynamics CRM that redirected to the Google Maps app.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We decided to change this and added the Navigation Link button that provides links of the route from waypoint A-B, B-C, C-D and so on.
