ChatGPT? Sounds like a product like WhatsApp. Or is it the next Dan Brown thriller, a sequel to Digital Fortress?
O no silly, developed by OpenAI, ChatGPT is the fine-tuned version of OpenAI’s GPT-3 family of large language models, trained using both supervised and reinforcement learning techniques. This AI-based conversation platform enables dialogue-based conversations with its ability to answer follow-up questions, admit mistakes, challenge incorrect premises, and reject inappropriate requests.

ChatGPT is developed by OpenAI, a San Francisco-based artificial intelligence company. The current CEO of the company is Sam Antman.

ChatGPT is a large language model that has been trained using supervised fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. It hit the markets on November 30, 2022. ChatGPT is free but also offers a pricing plan of $42/month. It supports multiple languages and is trained on Microsoft’s Azure AI supercomputing technologies. It is based on 570 gigabytes of data and can respond to over 20,000 different prompts and requests.
