Community Summit North America 2026 is one of the most valuable weeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional can spend. Five days. 5,500+ peers. 600+ sessions. The world’s largest independent Microsoft business applications conference, and this year, it is happening in one of America’s most electric cities.

Nashville, Tennessee | October 11–15, 2026 | Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
Team Inogic-Maplytics will be at Booth #733. If you are a Dynamics 365 user who has been curious about what a map can actually do inside your CRM, this is the week to find out, in person, live, on your data.
Community Summit NA brings together 600+ sessions, 5,500+ peers, 500+ speakers, 30+ hands-on workshops, 300+ solution partners, and expert Tech-Medic Help Desks, giving attendees plenty of opportunities to learn from experts, connect with fellow professionals, explore new solutions, and get answers to real-world challenges.

Navigate Nashville Like a Maplytics Pro
Nashville is not a city you can afford to navigate blindly. It is spread out, it is busy during Summit week, and the best experiences, from the food to the music to the history, require a little geographic intelligence to get right.
This is, perhaps not coincidentally, exactly what Maplytics is built for.
Before you arrive: Plot your must-visit locations- the Gaylord Opryland, Broadway’s honky-tonk strip, Hattie B’s hot chicken, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and the Grand Ole Opry- on a Maplytics-style map.
Group them by proximity.
Plan your evenings around what is actually close to what. Stop treating Nashville like a list and start seeing it the way Maplytics sees a sales territory: geographically, efficiently, and with nothing worth visiting left out.
During the conference: Maplytics’ Proximity Search is what you use when a session ends early, and you have forty-five minutes before the next one. Set your current location, the Gaylord Opryland, define a ten-minute drive radius, and surface everything worth doing in the gap. In Nashville’s case, that might be a walk to a riverside bar, a quick stop at the Johnny Cash Museum, or the best breakfast biscuit in Tennessee. The principle is identical to what Maplytics does for field reps between appointments: surface what is nearby that is worth visiting, before the moment passes.
Why the Conference Itself Is Worth Every Dollar
Community Summit NA is not a tradeshow. It is a community event built for people who are genuinely trying to get more from their Microsoft technology. The sessions are submitted by real users, selected from over 2,000 proposals, and delivered by practitioners who have actually solved the problems they are talking about.
For Dynamics 365 users specifically, the week offers something that cannot be replicated online: the chance to talk to someone who has done exactly what you are trying to do, and to ask them how. The hallway conversations, the lunch tables, the receptions- this is where the most honest, most useful intelligence gets exchanged.
And with 600+ sessions covering AI, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Fabric, plus Microsoft leadership delivering keynotes with product roadmaps, there is a track for wherever you are in your journey.

What Maplytics Can Do, and Why You Should See It Live at Booth #733
If you use Dynamics 365 and have a field sales team, a field service operation, or any business that requires people to move between clients and locations, Maplytics is the tool that changes how your CRM feels to work with every single day.
Here is what we will show you, live, at Booth #733:
Route Optimization: Your field reps’ days, automatically sequenced into the most efficient path, factoring in real traffic, driving distance, and departure time. No more building routes by hand. No more backtracking across a city. Just the fastest, smartest sequence from stop to stop, generated inside Dynamics 365 in seconds.
Auto Scheduling: For managers overseeing field teams across wide territories, Auto Scheduling generates full multi-day visit calendars for multiple reps simultaneously, factoring in travel time, meeting duration, buffer time, break time, and working hours. What used to take a manager’s entire Monday morning now takes minutes.
Territory Management: Draw, assign, and balance sales or service territories directly on the map inside Dynamics 365. Color-coded by rep, balanced by account count or revenue, tested in Draft mode before going live. Coverage gaps and overlaps that were invisible in a list view become immediately obvious and fixable.
Proximity Search or Radius Search: When a rep finishes a meeting early, or a cancellation creates a gap, Proximity Search instantly surfaces nearby accounts, leads, or prospects within a defined distance or travel time. The opportunity that was always in the CRM but never visible at the right moment becomes visible exactly when it matters.
Real-Time Tracking and Geofencing: Live rep locations on the map inside Dynamics 365. Automated Check-In and Check-Out at client locations via geofencing, timestamped, location-verified, logged in the CRM without the rep doing anything manually. For managers, it means knowing where everyone is without a single phone call.
MapCopilot, Maplytics’ AI Assistant: Ask the map a question in plain language. “Which accounts in this territory haven’t been visited in sixty days?” “What’s the fastest route from my current location to the three highest-priority leads?” MapCopilot processes the question, queries the CRM, and returns an answer, all inside Dynamics 365, no separate tool required.
Heat Map Visualization: A geographic layer of intelligence over your Dynamics 365 data, showing where account density is high, where coverage is thin, where revenue is concentrated, and where a competitor might be winning business you are not capturing. The strategic view that a list view can never provide.
Beyond Maplytics, Inogic’s portfolio of 20+ Dynamics 365 apps covers AI and Copilot (Predict4Dynamics, Next Best Action), omnichannel communication (WhatsApp4Dynamics, LiveChat4Dynamics), data quality (DeDupeD), file management (Attach2Dynamics), productivity (Click2Clone, Alerts4Dynamics), and our newest release, Backup4Dynamics, automated data backup and recovery for Dynamics 365. All available to see at Booth #733.
Nashville After Dark, And How to Enjoy Every Moment of It
The conference ends. Nashville begins. And if you leave without experiencing the city properly, you have left value on the table that no session or networking reception can give back.
Broadway is ten minutes from the Gaylord Opryland and is unlike any street in any other conference city. Live music, real, live bands, not recorded, pours out of Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Robert’s Western World, and a dozen other venues from mid-afternoon until well past midnight. Walk in, order a drink, stay for an hour. It is free, it is excellent, and it is the kind of spontaneous experience that makes a conference week memorable.
The food deserves a plan. Hattie B’s hot chicken is a Nashville institution; arrive early or expect a line. The Gulch neighbourhood offers upscale dining within an easy ride of the hotel. Princes Hot Chicken is where the locals go. If you only eat one thing in Nashville, make sure it is something you cannot get anywhere else.
The history is genuinely worth a morning. The Country Music Hall of Fame is unexpectedly moving, even for non-country-music fans. The Ryman Auditorium, the original home of the Grand Ole Opry, is one of the most beautiful small performance venues in the United States. And the Johnny Cash Museum, a short walk from Broadway, is one of the most thoughtfully curated music museums anywhere.
The Grand Ole Opry closing evening is included in the All-Access Pass and is worth lingering for. This is not background entertainment at a conference party. It is a performance at one of America’s most legendary music institutions, and it is the kind of memory that stays with you long after the session notes have been filed away.
To Sum Up
